Biography

I'm pursuing my M.Sc. from the Computer Science department at the University Of Lorraine , Nancy working with Prof. Claire Gardent. I am broadly interested in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.

I completed my B.Tech in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2019, where I worked with Prof. Anupama Kaushik .Previously, I worked as a Software Engineer at UnitedHealth Group for 2 years. I interned at Indraprastha Institute Of Information Technology in the summer of 2018 under the supervision of Dr. Rajiv Ratn.

Current Research

Natural Language Generation of sentence simplification Working on neural models for simplification and summarisation; for generation for long form, multidocument input question answering; for multilingual generation from Abstract Meaning Representations and for response generation for dialog.

Speech modeling My research focuses on speech processing, with particular emphasis to multisource (source separation, robust speech recognition)

Explainable AI A deep neural network is known to learn/overfit any randomly labeled data. I am interested in understanding and unveiling the learning process of deep neural architectures and further use it to analyze the quality of data.

Apart from Academics, I enjoy spending time playing Football(soccer), doing salsa and I rarely write too. Checkout my blog!
